If you use one of the Open Case Studies in the classroom, please use the digital object identifier (DOI) for the citation. A link to the full citation is provided next to each case study.

If you would like to contribute a case study to the repository, or have suggestions on data sets to use to build a case study around, please contact us!

Recent Blog Posts

The Open Case Studies team is excited to announce that case studies now have digital object identifier (DOIs) associated with each case study that can be used as a citation. If you use one of the case studies in your classroom, we ask that you use the DOI to reference it.

Meet our OCS team

Stephanie Hicks

Stephanie is an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is a faculty member in the Johns Hopkins Data Science Lab and teaches Advanced Data Science. She is also creating a children’s book featuring women statisticians and data scientists.

Leah Jager

Leah is an Assistant Scientist in the Biostatistics Department at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she teaches biostatistics to undergraduate and masters students in Public Health. She has a strong interest in statistics education and is currently studying how people interact with data with the goal of being able to teach them more effectively.

Margaret Taub

Margaret is an Assistant Scientist in the Biostatistics Department at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Alexandra Stephens

Alexandra is a student at Johns Hopkins University pursuing Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics.

Pei-Lun (Perry) Kuo

Perry is a student at Johns Hopkins University pursuing doctoral degree in Epidemiology and master degree in Biostatistics.
